Returns Policy

We aim at bringing you only high quality and uber-cool designer products.

If however you are not entirely satisfied with any item you received, or have simply changed your mind, we will refund you for your purchase (minus the shipping cost). You can return a product for refund, store credit, or exchange, whichever you prefer, within the below stated timeframe of 14 days.

Please return the item to us, in “as new” condition: in its original packaging and with all relevant documentation, within 14 days of the order shipment date (the order shipment date is contained in the shipment confirmation sent to you by email). Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.

Made to order/bespoke products are non-refundable.

Please note: When returning an item, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We recommend for you to post the parcel by Recorded Delivery or ask your Post Office for a proof of posting (available free of charge). This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

If we shipped you the wrong product, or it arrived defective or damaged…
…then we apologise!
If a product has been damaged in transit, is faulty or is not the one you ordered, please contact us, as we might need to ask you to return it to us in “as-new” condition: In its original packaging and with all relevant documentation, within 14 days of the order shipment date. The order shipment date is provided to you by email.

If we requested you to return the damaged item(s) to us, we will issue a refund or replacement(s), whichever is requested by you and depending upon availability, only after we received the faulty item. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. A refund will be issued for postage paid to return the item(s) only when the item(s) is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order. If you fail to return goods at your expense, Eight7 Design & Living reserves the right to charge the direct costs for their recovery and may offset that amount against any refund due.
